Equipment
The laboratory currently is furnished with the following equipment:

  • Puma 560 robot with auxiliary equipment and computer
  • Two Pioneer mobile robots with vision
    system and sonar sensors
  • Compaq XP1000 high performance computer
  • Compaq DS20 Alpha machine
  • Several Pentium IV PCs running Windows XP,
    Windows 2000, NT, 98
  • Several color and monochrome cameras


Laboratory Location

The Intelligent Machines and Robots Lab is located on the San Diego State University campus on the fifth floor of the Geology, Mathematics, and Computer Science (GMCS) building in room 555.The phone number of the lab is 619-594-7206.
